Be Very Careful! The office staff are very inefficient and bill you for their mistakes. I was booked an appointment with them saying that they DID take my insurance. I cancelled the appointment and rescheduled. For the rescheduled appointment I was called a day or two before the appointment (an a appointment that had been made for several weeks) and told to bring a $1000.00 or cancel because they DID NOT take my insurance. Now they want me to pay $75 because they say I cancelled 20 hours not 24 before my first appointment. My treatment has been delayed because of their error (causing me to waiting for an appointment that was never going to happen because of insurance). The billing office manager offered to "meet me in the middle" and charge me only $37.50. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! This practice must be very desperate for money or have no idea what is going on in there office! So unprofessional. Find another practice there are many fish in the sea. VERY UNHAPPY RN WITH TREMORS

HORRIBLE experience. Came in throwing up. Could not lift my head. This guy had ZERO sympathy even though my family told him I had been to ER twice, been put on two rounds of antibiotics. Once again told it was a migraine, EVEN though I know what migraines are (had them since I was 8 years old). Asked for spinal tap that was recommended by family ER doc in LA. Said no and Dismissed me. Found out from next doctor I had meningitis. Had a few choice words. Never an apology even after family told him

Dr. Richard Hinton is wonderful, very concerned and attentive to listening to you as his patient. Looks into every aspect of your problems to find the answers and help that patients deserve & should expect in a doctor. So glad I started going there seven years ago, his staff is caring, courteous & very thoughtful it doesn't get any better than NCD.

Dr. Hinton has gone above & beyond in dx my mom. Cynthia & Dr. Hinton have done an amazing job with keeping in contact with me . This means so much to our family as I live out of state & can't be there. I saw Dr. Hinton in 1999 and said at the time he was the best doctor I'd ever been to---so thorough and intelligent. He makes you feel as if you are his only patient and he'd spend all day answering your questions! Fast forward to 2017 and being the primary caregiver for a dad with Alzheimer's. No question when I got Dad moved to Dallas who we'd be making an appointment with---Dr. Hinton! And again, Dr. Hinton was spectacular! His compassion, caring nature, and staff are icing on the cake!
