Extremely happy with the wonderful and knowledgeable care given by Dr Heywood and team. The fact that throughout my pregnancy I was able to see the same physician at each visit, which can be unusual in many practices, made for a great patient doctor relationship. A big appeal also of Dr Heywoods practice is that he delivers his babies at Cape Cod Hospital and has an excellent rate of coming in and delivering all his patients. I would strongly recommended Dr Heywood for your obs/gyne needs.

Dr. Heywood and his staff are above exceptional. They go aboveboard and beyond the normal office to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Dr. Heywood is professional and extremely friendly and it's easy to tell he genuinely cares about his patients wellness. I followed him from another practice and I'm very pleased that I did.

Dr. Heywood has been my gynecologist for two years now. I have had nothing but positive experiences with he and his staff. Most importantly he makes you feel comfortable and he will spend whatever needed time with you to ensure you are well cared for.

I am so glad I found Dr. Heywood. He is very knowledgeable, refreshingly candid and laid back, and was always willing to take the time to answer my questions during office visits or through the patient portal on his website. Laura and Kerri in his office are always great too. Thanks to him I felt well prepared and relaxed during the birth of my daughter. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

By far one of the kindest, thorough, laid back OB/Gyn Doctor ever. The total laproscopic hysterectomy surgery was a success, minimal pain by day two. Highly recommend.

There are simply no words to fully express my gratitude for Dr. Heywood and his staff. Laura and Kerri are phenomenal. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Heywood was born to be an OBGYN. I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me ensuring I understood every procedure and process, taking the time to answer any and all questions and just continually providing guidance and compassion as part of my patient care. I am so grateful for Falmouth Women's Health.

i called my OBGYN answering service worried about symptoms I was experiencing. Dr. Heywood was very short with me and went as far as telling me he had other things to do while I was expressing my concerns to him. I understand that there were people in much more emergency situations than I was, but the way he treated me was very disrespectful. I got off the phone in tears. None of the other doctors at Cape Cod Hospital OBGYN have ever made me feel rushed or that my concerns were unimportant.

I had him as the on call OB yesterday and he was amazing. I ended up needing surgery but he kept the mood relaxing a calm which helped me so much. He updated me every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better more caring doctor. I would recommend him for anyone.
