Dr. Mark Hatfield is a very energetic person. Saying this, he is very jumpy and does not explain procedures very well and sometimes not at all as he leaves the exam room. I am a former diabetic patient who had on several occasions been asked to electronically sign consent forms for procedures that were never explained to me (especially the reasoning of why I needed them) whilst I was still completely dilated! From arrival, waiting is 15 min. Afterward each exam room 30 to 45 min. wait in each.
