Excellent Care
Dr. Gallian was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I have been dealing with high BP for several years. My last PCP did not take my condition serious.. My dad and all my siblings experienced heart attacks and strokes. This past year I came under Dr. Gallian’s care and immediately felt confident in my treatment. He listens to his patients, takes his time and creates a plan. He calls you personally to discuss test results and truly cares.

Communications
He was suggested by my UHC provider, made an appointment and saw him once on Dec. 4. Two weeks later I tried to call multiple times to request an order for my necessary blood work. Took a clearly written request to the office and was promised a call. Never happened! I desperately need to have my INR checked- immediately. I found a new primary care provider today!

Could not get in to see doctor for a simple UTI issue. Rude receptionist. Was told all appointments given out and should have called at 7 am instead of 7:25. Tried next day at 7 am and no one answered phone. Left message. Called every minute. My call was returned 7:10. All 4 appointments already given out. RIDICULOUS, Warning - select a primary doctor that is in a group with several other doctors. Owning a solo practice limits patients ability to see doctor when something unexpected and you need medical attention.

Doctor Gallian is fairly thorough and takes the time to hear what a patient has to say. The wait time is typically pretty short. I have found that he has overlooked things of importance and either chose to throw medication at things or say that we will worry about those things later. He does not seem up to date on disease prevention or modern nutrition.

Absolutely outstanding on all levels. It's like going back 30 years (but not the technology) to simple times when doctors and their staffs established a relationship with their patients. There's no punching a time card to ensure that the doctor or nurse spends only five minutes (if that) with any single patient. If you're looking for a great doctor for you and your family, you can't go wrong with Dr. Gallian.

I had some anxiety about seeing a different Family Physician after Dr. Bell retired, even though Dr. Bell assured me that he was placing me in VERY good hands with Dr. Gallian. Of coarse, Dr. Bell was right, Dr. Gallian has been my doctor for over a year now and he is a good listener, and genuinely cares about my health concerns. I appreciate the way he explains the various ways possible to work toward resolving/managing an issue. The Office Staff are friendly, patience and helpful.
