Abrupt. He could care less about your pain. Injections are extremely painful. When mentioned he states, "well it's better than having pain all the time." Twice I had an injection for my hip. I was allowed to wear my undergarments for the procedure the 1St. time since he was injecting in a tiny area. The 2nd time, he told the nurses, "take off her panties. " I was very embarrassed. I will not go back.

Dr Gagnon does not have the best bedside manor. I had rotator cuff surgery. He miss informed me about a few things. He doesn't do laparoscopic surgery so you end up with a large scar. He did tell us til the day of the surgery that he planned on keeping me in the hospital over night. When I asked he said we would see after surgery how I felt. After surgery he never discussed it with me. I was brought to a room. I never even saw him after surgery.
