Best thing he did was refer me to another Doctor. Dont waste your time/money/health thinking because he's initially friendly you will wont end up needing a more capable physician.

Don't see Rick
In the beginning, Rick was an acceptable doctor but he seems to have let his arrogance get the best of him. He thinks he can do anything and seems lost in his own head instead of focusing on what is ill with a patient.

This was my first & last time seeing Dr. Fullerton. I went in for my annual physical. He barely goes through the motions. He is very nice, but I would not trust him with my healthcare. He & his assistant do the bare minimum & seem very bored with their job. The assistant copied most of the answers, to questions they usually ask, from my previous visit with another doctor last year. She did ask me 2 questions, but the rest she just copied. She did not measure my height but, again, filled it in from last year. And yes, at my age it matters. I'm positive that Dr. Fullerton did not even look at the results of my lab work. My cholesterol was very high, but not a peep from Dr. Fullerton. Other doctors I have seen in this group have always sent a message about my lab results, but not Dr. Fullerton. Very unhappy & upset with this visit.

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Fullerton from a friend, and are very grateful for that. We both like him and feel comfortable with his style and confident about his medical judgment. He is always on time. He is warm and attentive and never seems rushed. He does not order excessive tests just to protect himself. Very reasonable. Everyone in his office is just as wonderful.

Dr. Fullerton seems like a good doctor and he answered my questions while I was there. However, I have not been provided a copy of my lab report. He provided a letter saying my tests were all normal, but will not provide a copy of my lab report, via mail nor uploading to Mychart. I need a copy of my report but his staff has refused to provide it or reply to my calls and inquiries. I have a right to receive my entire complete lab results. This is ridiculous.
