Able to say he doesn't know
I have seen him numerous times for some complicated issues. Did some genetic testing. I respect that he was able to say he didn't know the answers. He took the time needed with me, was kind, seemed caring. I was eating lunch in the Cafeteria after my appt. as I had time to spare, and he he even sat next to me and said "You're still here!" Most Drs don't seem to give that human touch. That helped make me feel like I'm not just a number or a chart, but a person with unique problems. He did refer me out for the genetic testing results but now need to be referred again.
