Dr. DiMario: The doctor who cares!
Dr. DiMario explained specifically the reasons for the pain I was experiencing and the best method to alleviate the discomfort. The procedure was completed with care and explanation during every step. I totally recommend Dr. Dimario to anyone in need of a podiatrist.

Ingrown Toe nail
After explaining that I would be travelling in a few days and wouldn't return for two weeks, the office took me in on that Friday afternoon. Everyone was courteous, including Moses.

A Surprise Diagnosis!
I have had a problem with my 5th metatarsal bone for several years. It has been quite painful and inhibits my ability to walk. Dr. DiMario advised that I was wearing the wrong shoes which contributed to my problem. Dr. DiMario actually took out his box cutter and slit a hole in my shoe that was the source of my pain by putting pressure on the area. He advised that going a different route by having foot surgery would be painful. I am amazed that Dr. DiMario helped me so quickly. As York residents, we are so blessed to have him!

Achilles Bursitis! You do not want this. A crazy move, I will save the sailboat and now Im being helped by Dr. Dimario. Richard is a Long time friend and it was many years before i had to call him. Direct, to the point, and yes he needs to feel where the pain is coming from. From not being able to walk without excurtiating pain to pain free. I had to tell him he was not going to cut my shoe. LOL! But my slow recovery was from the design of all cross trainers and higher heel design. He is Local

Was experiencing inner ankle and outer knee pain for more than a year. Saw various physicians, but Dr. DiMario was the only one who identifed the problem and provided a solution by providing custom orthotics. Thank you!

Dr. Dimario is very compassionate and you can tell he loves what he does. He knows his craft well, and has a great bedside manner. I had injured my foot, and thought for sure it might be broken but he assured me it wasn't and within just a few days in a splint it was so much better. I highly recommend Dr. Dimario. He is also very accommodating with appointments and is very dedicated to all of his patients.
