I called the on-call line for my 8 year old son at 10pm and did not receive a call back until 2am from Dr. Daley. He then had the audacity to ask me what time it was where I am. I answered 2am. He says “right. So did you really need to page me right now. We can deal with this in the morning.” First of all- I didn’t page you at all. I left a message at 10pm and it’s not my fault that you didn’t get that message or respond to it until 2am. Secondly- I don’t care what time it is. You’re the on call doctor and it’s your job to respond appropriately and respectfully to patients. I work in healthcare too and would never treat my patients the way he treated me. I’ll be calling my son’s normal doctor in the AM and I would NEVER deal with Dr. Daley again. He’s completely unprofessional.

Cursory at best.
I was transferred from another physician in the practice who left. I had a very specific need for a prescription refill that is a chronic, recurrent antibiotic. The visit felt like I was sith a pleasant chat-bot. I was unable to get what I needed and was referred out to a specialist with a wait of 3 weeks to 4 months. Followed up to no avail. Would not repeat.

Excellent physician and office practice
My husband and I both see Dr. Daly as our PCP. We are so pleased thst we have such a capable and caring physician to provide our medical care. We always are seem most promptly when we have issues that would be considered “sick visits”. Over the past week, my husband and I both were needing to be seen and we were each seen within hours of making the call to the office.Dr. Daly is thorough, competent, and caring. I am a retired hospital administrator and feel most comfortable in the care of Dr. Daly.

He's nice enough but....
Dr. Daly has been my PCP for most of my life. And I truly don't feel he has ever done anything for me. I've had several medical issues and it has always been atributed to my weight. Yes, I know I need to lose weight. But, believe it or not, things can be wrong with someone and it's not weight related. Communication is poor, everything goes through the patient portal and all appointments include a scribe or he speaks to his ipad, not me. I can never speak with him directly. The last straw for me was when he prescribed a new medication, sent it to the pharmacy, and notified me through the portal with a message that said "call with questions." Turns out, the medication was not appropriate for what was being treated.... good thing I work in the medical field. I can't imagine how it is for his older patients who aren't tech savvy and don't know how to advocate for themselves.

Dr. Daly was rude and unhelpful. It's clear he doesn't have sufficient training to work with certain populations and his poor bedside manner had long term effects on my health. I do not recommend him at all.

Dr. Daly has been my primary care doctor for over 15 yrs and I've always had a great experience. He's extremely knowledgable and always pinpoints accurate assessments of my health status. I'm an active 50 yr old and often run into sports related injuries and he's always able to diagnosis accurately and recommend various approaches to recovery. I very much value his knowledge and guidance.

I’m a 59 year old male, I have had a few doctors in my life, but none as good as doctor Daly, he is also my mom’s doctor, my mom is 91 and she thinks the same. The Man is all you are looking for in a family doctor, he keeps mine and my mothers health in good order, very clean office, very thurel practice, Very kind, he asked all the right questions to get the best out of family so he can treat us right, I would totally recommend him to any family, his staff is top notch as well !

Dr Daly is very uncaring and neglectful. He prescribed a med for me that he knew I was allergic too. It was written under allergies about 2 inches below his signature. It could have been life threatening. When I called the office and alerted them about it. He never even had the common courtesy to call me himself to apologize. He had his office manager do it. Needless to say I will never go back to him again. And if you do go to him you’d better check every thing he does.

I have been a patient of Dr. Daly's for ~10 years. I generally saw an NP there who was wonderful but has just left the practice. Dr. Daly is aloof, cold, and uncaring; the office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment. For example, when I recently called to get a sick visit, they told me they were booked and couldn't help me and could "maybe" see me "sometime next week" and to "try urgent care" if I need to be seen. What's the point in having a PCP?

First thing I noticed, the doctor doesn't look you in the eye doesn't look at your face walks in and out of the room nonplussed. Hands sheets for referrals – Totally seems disinterested. I moved on.

A doctor's appointment should be between you and your doctor (or NP)... Having a SCRIBE attend every appointment is ridiculous... This violates every patients privacy and makes them feel extremely uncomfortable even if they say it is OK... Do you self a favor and have an employee (dressed in normal clothes) mention the scribe in the waiting room, watch for the reactions. I feel all Dr Daly does is try to hand out referrals anyways... Which costs patients money if they use them. Come on Man!

Healthcare is dramatically changing & patients feel like they are being treated like a number, and not getting proper medical care, but you will not find this with Dr. Daly. He is an excellent diagnostician, on top of your care and treatment plan, treats you like a person (not a # or diagnosis) -Top Ranked PCP in New England by far and his staff is "Stellar". Dr.Daly, other providers, and Admin staff @ Franklin Family Practice are an example of what other Medical Practice should strive to be.

Dr. Daly has been my GP for most of my life. He has never once really helped me. His office staff are rude and incompetant. He rushes evrry appointment we have. I was hospitalized in a different state due to a severe back injury and when I went in to talk about some pain management options he told me, without even looking at my back, to take tylenol daily. He is an inconsiderateman and a horrible doctor.
