He told my son he had no idea what the scrotum pearl was that my son has. He has intense pain and the doctor never asked him about his pain level. He sent him to radiology and had a difficult time reading the results and relaying them to my son. I’m very scared and have no faith in this doctor. God forbid something happens to my son due to this doctor’s negligence!!

Have been seeing him for years. This time he made me feel unwelcome. I was told to take my shoes, pants and underwear off. Was never given a gown and the paper on the patients bed was not rolled down. He made me feel like I was bothering him. Will find another urologist.

Excellent doctor, down to earth and easy to talk to and understand. He called me personally to discuss my kidney stone and made arrangements to see me quickly on multiple occasions. I would highly recommend him!

I had kidney stones and ask especially for Dr. Richard Chazkel when I was admitted to the hospital. I had never seen him before but did not like or want the other doctor choices. As soon as I met him I liked him. He is just a plain and simple nice man in every way. As far as his knowledge, experience and the medical procedures that he performed in the hospital, I couldn't have asked for for any better. At his office (Emily) was very nice and very helpful. She is an asset to his practice.

This is the first time I am ever writing a review. The Drs office said they took United Healthcare insurance when he made the appointment. When he arrived for his appt they explained they are not a provider of UHC, his bill could $300, $500 or much higher. This is day 3 of having to have a catheter removed. They were nasty and uncaring about the situation. No apology for us wasting a day travelling or helping him find another location since he was out of town. Uncaring office.
