Thorough, kind, & patient!!!
I brought my 90 yo mom to Dr. Carlino’s office as a new patient. From the moment we checked in, the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Our visit with Dr. Carlino was very thorough… he took his time with her and she was very comfortable with him. Another plus is that all her doctors are affiliated with NYU Langone so her medical records are in the system. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. seemed 'non-interested' in us as geriatrics. Office billing practices are worth of official complaint (said they accept Medicare+AARP as full payment, but keep billing us anyway.
