Richard Burke: Has really helped me out!
Richard Burke has given me a near pain free life. I have neuropathy in my feet and although it is difficult to walk, at least the level of pain is manageable. He is a pure professional and in a way, a good friend. He also mentioned one day, knowing I am a vet, he said you know, we have to take good care of our veterans. That was very meaningful.

Complete lack of communication with the patient. Hospital told me I was approved for a procedure, went to get it done to find out I was not. Had to get another procedure first. Did that procedure but was told to see another doctor. The other doctor agreed I should get the original procedure planned. Went back to dr Burke after hospital called and said I could have it 109% without another test procedure. When I got there it was the same story. I was not getting the procedure. Dr blamed it in the insurance company. The hospital never called to say it was not authorized or had to be changed. I took off work and tracked again fir the second time to be told at the hospital not a phone call no communication and the doctor could have cared less. Not a good doctor or a good facility. They don’t know what they are doing.

insisted on my being seen by a psychiatrist prior to seeing me; even though my records contra-indicated such a step. I was requested a repeat radial frequency ablation treatment. I recommend going to the pain clinic in Big Rapids. Very professional and they have an excellent anesthesiologists. with no ridiculous mental bs.
