Not a good doctor
My primary sent me to rheum. Dr Bryan listened to my story but after that things went south. He did minimal physical exam and actually pulled my arm so hard it hurts a week later. He diagnosed me and wants me to follow up with him and said I should take a medication that my primary should prescribe. My primary says he is the specialist and made a diagnosis and wants to follow up with me then he should prescribe the medicine. Now nobody is helping me and he will not call my doctor to talk to her. 2 yrs of a condition and he will not help even after saying I could be helped. Insane. Do not go to this office.

Arrogant but surprisingly knowledgeable
Good start but bad finish-The doctor certainly talked a good game on my initial meeting and I thought this is the doctor for me. That is until our second appointment in which he was dismissive, arrogant and seemed like he wanted to be on a golf course. Smart guy and talked a good game but I would choose a doctor who actually cares!

Rude staff long wait
The front desk staff are rude and entitled. You are told to be wary then once there the staff are entitled, rude especially with masking which at this point they are the only place I have to wear one, so provide it and don’t be sour about it. I was then sitting in the room for over 30 min just waiting….for a follow up apt. My time is valuable too and I walked out. On the way out the front staff continued with their rude attitude. The Dr seems decent but his staff is rude and entitled, no one cares about your time

Osteoarthritis + Rheumatoid arthritis
Dr. Bryan is not only knowledgeable and thorough - he really listens and makes logical choices about how to help you reach your best quality of life. All without judgment and lecturing. These characteristics are not easy to find in a physician these days, unfortunately.

Outstanding patient care
Dr. Bryan is one of few doctors who has actually taken the time to listen to my concerns, analyze them with thoughtful cutting edge scientific acumen and stay the course - turning every stone and exploring every possibility. In short, he has never given up on me and my care - even when the mysteries seemed endless. A fantastic thinker, caregiver and human being.

Attentive and thorough
I was referred to Dr. Bryan by my primary care and expected the usual -- ask me a quick question or two, read my chart notes and send me off to the next test. Instead, he spent a lot of time having me vividly explain to him my history, the issues that I was experiencing and my thoughts on what was going on. It was incredibly refreshing to have a doctor stop you and ask for more details vs. the typical half listening and talking to you as they are already one foot out the door. I recommend Dr. Bryan to anyone who wants to be heard and experience a genuine concern for your health.

First Dr. Bryan confused me with another patient. At other appointments there have been issues of confused appointments and staff problems. Dr. Bryan yelled at me when I asked to discuss side effects of a serious medication he wanted me on prescribed by his PA. He argued that we had discussed the issue at prior appts. We had not, those appts were with the PA. He asked me why my husband hadn't been coming to my appts since he was at this one. Dr. Bryan then directed his discussion toward my husband, patronizing me, and continuing his angry condescending attitude. His behavior suggested that my husband was more capable of making my medical decisions than I was. I make very informed medical decisions for myself. Ladies, be warned, Dr. Bryan's unacceptable antiquated behavior indicates that he believes he's on a pedestal and we ladies need to keep our mouths shut, eyes down, and not ask any questions.

Dr.Bryan is not well versed in psoriatic arthritis.I went there for PA and he treated me for osteoarthritis. He ordered cream that was sent to the wrong pharmacy. When it was finally corrected ,after three weeks ,it was missing the dose.He did not thoroughly examine me .He only looked at my hands very briefly ,and my knees. He never ordered a test for my knee His staff is a whole other story They only have an answering machine on .They occasionally pick up.They dont return messages, when you finally get a hold of someone you get a superior attitude .They are more concerned that you made a comment about the receptionist ,then they are in helping resolve your issue. When i finally got the medecine they had ordered four tubes of it which i dont need .It will sit on a shelf and rot not to mention they are abusing the insurance system by ordering so much of it. I finally get a nurse on the line who tells me shes has better things to do.My advise is DONT GO THERE!!!!

My first/initial/only appointment with R. Bryan, MD , at Arthritis Care was horrendous; he came into the exam room, after a 35 minute wait, he was dismissive and a bully- he screamed at me when I forgot to mention a symptom and again when I said I was aware of what opposing joints were. He glanced at my hands-that was the extent of my exam. The RN, Brandy, did not like that I questioned my B/P reading and had an attitude about it; it is possible she passed this attitude about me to Bryan, MD and negatively predisposed him to me. Check in person was fine; the woman to her right was rude: didn't want to give me a mask and at checkout interjected and interfered with the process. I am a professional medical person; I know what constitutes an acceptable medical appointment; this was far from that.
