Phenomenal Physician
Dr. Brown treated me for gout; excising a mass on my index finger. He explained the procedure and post-care well and has an exceptional bedside manner, kind, compassionate, and very approachable. He takes his time with you to ensure he answers all questions. The surgery and follow-ups were handled efficiently and thoroughly. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Brown was great but his front desk person is awful and should be fired. I was supposed to come back for another injection in my hand and she made sure I didn’t. I gave up after a year of trying. She’s horrible.

Dr Richard Brown is exceptional! 23 years ago he treated me for severe broken bones wrist injury which healed beautifully and yesterday I came to him for severe tendinitis pain in both hands! He has awesome bedside manner and was as friendly, attentive & thorough as he was years ago! I am so happy he hasn't retired! :) His staff was great especially Cindy! While she is blunt and to the point...underneath her initial business-like persona she is caring, efficient and very helpful! 23 years later Dr Brown is still giving a fantastic patient experience! I highly recommend him!

he was rushed. He made a mistake. He read the immediate post reduction x-ray, which was taken three days ago, and thought it was the x-ray taken that day. Things had changed. Bones had moved. Alignment tequeied reduction / surgery. He didn’t realize it. He sent me home with a misaligned wrist, by the time I came back we couldn’t fix it. I now have a crooked wrist for the rest of my life because he made that mistake. it hurts a lot of the time. I have arthritis in it. I have been told by many that if it had only been lined up to begin with, I would be fine. People make mistakes. I understand that. But he wasn’t paying attention. He was rushed. Be careful

Waited over a month to see him in a lot of pain,. Not wanting any medication at all as I'm only seeking answers and wanting solutions so I can get back to my life. Please please do yourself a favor and avoid Richard at all costs,. He feels he's above you. He has a 4 star rating,. Not a 5. That's because he lets people fall through the cracks. Even when you beg for his opinion he will not treat you with compassion. I do believe Richard judges you based off your outward appearance. Richard was the last person I will see for a long time,. He was the one that made me decide to give up on seeking answers. I call him Richard because he is not a Dr to me. Dr's help people!

I had a ulnar cruciate ligament repair last week. The doctor and his PA are excellent, as they are personable, caring, and take the time to explain in detail everything you want to know. Cindy, his surgery scheduler, isn’t very nice, but don’t fault the surgeon. He’s excellent.

Seeing this doctor was the worst experience of my life. I came in for just a simple arm-related surgery, a very minor tear, and this doctor ruined my arm. He made my arm almost non functional. now I'm going to need surgery once again, and its only because of how neglectful and arrogant Dr Brown and his staff decided to be one day. please don't make the same mistake i did and go seek a decent surgeon somewhere else, before its too late.

Dr. Brown performed a surgery on my broken wrist in Mammoth. He has great bedside manners, took time explaining in detail my condition and options. I am over 3 weeks now since the surgery and recovering phenomenally. My 2 inch wrist incision is a very thin straight line. Thank you, Dr. Brown!

Good doctor, rude staff. Very unfriendly and condescending desk lady (the one that is directly linked with Dr. Brown). Took way too long to get my MRI results back (3 weeks).
