Dr Braver has been my foot and ankle doctor for decades. So when I finally decided to repair my left foot, he was the guy. Years of sports injuries, including breaking my big toe many times, severe arthritis, my left foot was a mess. I was managing pain throughout my workouts, the past two years in CrossFit. Dr Braver rebuilt my foot using Lapiplasty, repaired the arthritis using bone grafts, bone marrow and donor amniotic fluid. The result has been remarkable. Pre and Post surgery, Dr Braver focused on healing. He and his staff are simply fantastic. I highly recommend Dr Braver.

I have been a patient of Dr. Braver for more than 25 years. He recently performed a six hour surgery on my right foot to address a torn posterior tibialis tendon, a tendon transfer, a fusion of three joints, arthritis in multiple joints and a fallen arch. Prior to the surgery I was in pain with every step I took. Today I am pain-free and have returned to normal daily and recreational activities. I have recommended Dr Braver to friends and family members many times without hesitation. I have complete faith in his skills and consider him the best physician I know.

Dr. Braver did a great job on my achilles tendon! I had a 25 year small longitudinal tear, which he was able to repair while others couldn't find a solution. I recommend him highly to anybody who needs foot therapy or foot surgery.

I have had a Morton’s Neuroma for several years. Had no idea what it was and never heard of it until I couldn’t walk anymore without pain. The only shoes I could wear were Skechers with the Gogo mat in them. Not exactly great for date night. I have now been to at least 10+ foot and ankle doctors and podiatrists. The first few wanted to make me an orthotic for my shoe at a cost of $600 or more (not covered by insurance). A few wanted to give me a cortisone shot which is like putting a band aid on a wound since it is not treating the area, 3 wanted to do surgery. Nothing worked and I was very close to surgery so I had contacted the doctor who did my bunion surgery about 20 years ago at Hospital for Special Surgery. Unfortunately he no longer accepts any insurance. After reading an article about Neuroma by a doctor in Boston, the doctor clearly indicated that under no circumstance should surgery be done because most often a stump can develop which will put you in more pain that when yo

Dr. Braver is THE BEST! He performed surgery for tears in my right Achilles. He is an OUTSTANDING care giver - thoughtful, considerate, skillful. Dr. Braver permitted my physical therapist to attend the surgery so she would know how to properly care for me. I am running again because of Dr. Braver. He is one of a kind - an outstanding doctor and someone I now consider a friend. He is simply, THE BEST!!!

Dr. Braver might be good at the doctoring part, but his billing policies are terrible. He overcharges patients an insane amount to begin with, and whatever insurance pays him, he expects patients to make up the difference, which is usually hundreds of dollars.
