Declined over the years
Landed in the hospital with sepsis and an inpatient stay for treatment after the doctor refused to following up on a radiologist recommendation and the family's request for further testing. When told the hospital staff said we needed immediate surgery to remove the stone causing the problem, Dr. Bennett declined that it was causing the problem and said we could wait a month for surgery. Thank God for his nurse. She called just as we left the parking lot to get us in ASAP for surgery. We walked away feeling like he was trying to cover his backside rather than prioritizing his patient's health. It's really sad because he seemed to be a good doctor up until then.

Friendly and willing to answer all questions
Been seeing him for 3 years in monitoring a cyst growing on the kidney. Each year size stayed the same so he finally said I don’t have to see him anymore. Just give them a call if any unusual problem arise. Each of the three visits, it’s morning appointments and he was always there ans don’t have to wait longer than 10 mins from appointment time. He explained everything. I asked questions he answered. He always smiled. All other staffs were okay. Need a little more smile but overall okay. Facility was in fishers and looks brand new.

Not impressed
Referred from er for kidney stone. Took over 2 wks to get in. Said I thought I had passed it. He said no way, recommends surgery. I ask for more tests. Another 2 wk wait. Xray & ultrasound show no stone. He's not impressed & orders a CT scan. More waiting. If there was a blockage, my kidney would've died off by now. Makes snide comments. Wouldn't recommend.

1/2 hour late
I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment as the office insisted. Then, I waited in Dr. Bennet’s office for another 1/2 hour and decided to leave. Upon leaving I was told, he had just arrived. They should have informed me when I arrived that he was running late. I like Dr. Bennett, but this isn’t the way to run a doctors office.

Would not recommend. My visit was a waste of time. I was not told ahead of time to bring my medical discs and reports with me. Dr. didn’t discuss anything without them. He was not clear and did not seem interested in helping me understand my situation. I’m sorry he’s getting paid for the visit.

Not really willing to listen to your situation, just decides what HE thinks is the best way to handle your problem. Refuses to utilize new procedures available for treatments, only using old methods that are a bit more inclined to inflict mistakes during surgeries.

I am actually asking for response from the other reviewers. I just saw Dr Bennett and I need to know from any/all of you if his treatment/procedure was successful for you. I agree that staff is not necessarily courteous and that Dr Bennett doesn't have a welcoming tone, but what about his medical skill?

This is easily the most unorganized and unprofessional facility I have ever been in. There is mold and mildew in the patient bathrooms and an overall feeling of filth throughout the office. The staff was inattentive and not at all informed. The abundance of rudeness and the lack of a single caring individual let's me know that this place has been like this for a very long time. Choose someone else if you at all have a choice. I would not bring my pet here.

NO! You never get a response you aren't told what to do with the stone fragments how long to collect them where to take them. I never received 2 different pieces of mail they sent, yet they have the right address on forms I signed for them. I was told that once it is mailed it isn't their responsibility, but 2 times? The last time I called to see when and where to have a follow up KUB, I finally was clicked to call back leave a message. 30 min calling centers and the hospital to find where
