Showed no sympathy
I started seeing Dr. Balotti in January of 2025 for a herniated disc in my nect. I had an injection given by Dr. Balotti in March of 2025. Although it can take a week or longer for the injection to work Dr. Balotti refused to prescribe the appropriate medication to address the pain I was in. When I saw him in person for my injection, I was in so much pain I was crying. He showed me no sympathy and was extremely condescending. I am finally seeing a doctor that is prescribing the appropriate medication and dose and am so much better able to manage the pain. I was so confused and hurt by this experience and will not see Dr. Balotti again.

Do not bother
What’s stood that was the lack of personalization. The reception area was deep in personal conversations with each other ,turned to ask for appointment, ID insurance card and handed me an iPad. The only saving grace was the nice young gentlemen who brought me back to the room and asked a few questions for the doctor. The exam room floor was filthy. I was called to go into x-ray without even asking my name, never offered to be placed into a gown and was told to lay on an x-ray table that did not have any sort of paper barrier. The tech was very vague in her instructions on how to be positioned and appeared very impatient . The doctor spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with me enough time to check my strength of lower extremities, order steroids and an MRI then told me my x-ray looked fine, which was a surprise because I’ve never had a normal x-ray of the spine. I will not be returning to that practice. I will be sure to tell my primary care doctor not to refer to that to anyone.

A genuine Doctor who listens to your needs
A real doctor who listens. I felt educated and respected by him. I left feeling satisfied and hopeful for my future recovery. Health problems are set backs of the unknown, but at primer orthopedics they gave me a road map back to my life. I couldn’t be more great full for there professional team of amazing people. I have had many surgeries with them and never regretted one.

Had an 8:10 appt.. arrived on time sat in waiting room for 25 minutes as every person who checked in AFTER me was taken back to their respective appointments…once called back I saw doc for all of 2 mins. He based my symptoms and treatment on an 1 year old xray and then ordered an MRI.. and follow up. I could have SKIPPED 2 min appt and just had an MRI scheduled instead and then follow up with doc instead of having to use an hour of PTO!

He was knowledgeable for sure, but spoke so quickly about what my diagnosis was, referring to specific vertebrae as if I knew what he was talking about. When I asked if there were stretches he could suggest I do he said they “weren’t on his computer anymore” and told me I could just Google it.

The doctor did not take the time to get to know me or understand my pain. He never asked about it at all or if my meds were working. Just asked what was taking. Just insisted on me getting shots and getting on with my life.
