I thought he was wonderful.
I was having swallowing problems. He passed a scope down my nose and into my stomach. I was scared, but never felt a thing. He was so gentle. I’d recommend him to everyone.

Staff was rude. Waited 1 1/2 hours for dr to spend less than 5 minutes with me. He didn’t explain anything I had to ask. I felt this visit was a waste of time

Not friendly for VA referal
I’m a veteran and was referred by the VA since I’m over 100 miles from a VA facility and only 5 miles from his practice. Only needed a follow up and ear cleaning and his staff told me he wouldn’t do it and to find someone else that takes VA or drive to Vegas after explaining it to staff. Crazy that they are so against veterans.

Below
Had to wait 30 days for an appointment and then wasn't satisfied.. They don't seem to be overly friendly--- looked at my throat and then referred me to a Dr' in Vegas. Dr. Bailey was not satisfied that no one in Kingman sent any records. (which I didn't blame him) I don't think they work too closely together. Dr. was upset I didn't have records of my throat cancer from 20 years ago ????

Worrisome nose bleed, ER treated, Dr. Bailey follow up, remove packing and thoroughly examined, diagnosed and explained cause and treatment. Dr. Bailey had removed a tumor from my neck few yrs back, very comfortable experience repeated, consistently professional, front office to Dr.

I went in for ear wax removal and general ear check. Dr Bailey told me that he doesn't have time for ear wax removals, as he has patients with cancer. There is no other ENT near me.

Several months ago, initial visit. Respectful and courteous office staff. Dr. Bailey asked questions, listened well, and responded effectively. He resolved my primary concern and then addressed a second concern that he noticed in listening to my comments. Very helpful.

Dr. Bailey and his assistants were great. I was taken into the examination room and within minutes Dr Bailey came in. I had difficulty with wax building up in both ears. It took him maybe 15 minutes and my ears were unplugged!!! I highly recommend Dr Bailey and I will be returning if the need arises!!! Thank you very much, Dr Bailey!!!

Left several messages in September to make an appointment with no reply Went to another doctor and was given an appointment for the next day. Had an ear infection. Don't waste you valuable time here. Get a real doctor who care about patients. I think this office should close.

I was not impressed. Filled out my life history and he didn't ask me any questions. Went in for tinnitus. No hearing test, or referral. Pretty much told me there's nothing to be done. I felt like I wasted his time. I did not ask to see him. My physician referred me.

Dr. Bailey diagnosed 'shingles' in my mouth......and that was it. No prognosis. I couldn't believe what he said and after it had sunk in, he was already gone. Called with questions when I got home. Questions such as “Is this contagious?”, “Do I need a viral antibiotic?” Never heard from his assistant who promised to call me back that day. This was 31 days ago. Every time I call no one answers the phone. Instead what I hear is 'leave a message and phone number and we'll call you back”. To date no one has. The doctor might be good but his staff makes this business unprofessional and uncaring. If you can, go elsewhere.

My husband had a large neck/jaw lump surface while we were here in AZ this winter. We feel extremely lucky to have chosen this provider and office to have this worrisome condition checked out. Dr Bailey was professional, efficient and thorough. We can't thank him enough.

Dr. Bailey performed a total tjyroidectomy for me less than 6 weeks ago. His care and expertise have been tremendous as I recover from hyperthyroidism. All symptoms (and there were many) have subsided. Thank you Dr. Bailey for saving my life!! One of the best surgeons I have ever encountered. The scar across the base of my throat is barely noticeable as Dr. Bailey uses a unique technique of suturiing. I highly recommend Dr. Bailey!!

This guy actually insisted he could see nothing wrong with me and told me I had an asymmetric face when I presented with significant swelling all around my ear, side of face and mastoid compounded with hearing loss. His arrogance was jaw dropping. My spouse and I are both trained medical providers and would never suggest anyone see a doctor with such bad bedside manners.
