Recommended by the nursing staff!
I was in NY headed for Florida and new I needed a surgeon when I got there. I learned from my wife who is a nurse that the nurses know the best doctors. I randomly called the hospital units and Yaryura was highly thought of. I followed up on this while In the process of having a procedure with him. I ask one of the nurses there what she thought of him and she whispered in my ear Yaryura is the best and he is who she recommends to her family. The nurses know because they work with them every day! I would highly recommend him. He only takes new patients if a procedure is being done.

Thank you
Dr Yaryura was Mom's Cardiologist. She had worked in healthcare & was not the easiest being on O2 for an incurable terminal illness. She knew from RN days. All staff & Dr were very caring, competent & impressive. I've worked in healthcare & don't impress easily. Thank you for taking very good care of Mom & handling extremely difficult conversations well. She had to go on home hospice early; her pulmonologist retired. She, unfortunately, died homebound on O2 (early & more painful) during a recent active community flare up. A great fear of hers. Two others I knew & cared about the same. homebound on hospice for other things & suffered & died from covid via people's freedom, thought political or a hoax. Thank you very much for taking covid seriously & very compassionately, albeit inconveniently, protecting Mom & all vulnerable people (known & unknown) in our community. I'm forever grateful & had hoped you & your office staff would continue to provide such great care for much longer.

5 star. Dr. Yarura is a great doctor. He's been my cardiologist for 15 years. I'm a Maxiofacial Surgeon, many years practicing in Sarasota, so I should be a good judge of what a fine doctor is.

My husband was sent to Dr. Yaryura for severe aortic stenosis. Wow, he is wonderful! He is very busy, but explained everything & performed successful TAVR procedure, after necessary tests completed. One overnight stay in the hospital, after procedure and he is ready to go home. A very caring physician & amazing life saving surgery!

Dr. Yaryura told me he didn't think I needed a procedure, that he made a lot of money doing them, and even though he didn't think I needed it, that I could find a second opinion that would probably do it, and if I did that, then Dr. Yaryura would do the procedure. His team did testing that recorded my kidneys at equal size. I had lost 50-65% of my right kidney mass. Would not return calls with questions. 500 characters not enough. Negligent, combative, arrogant, irresponsible.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Yaryura?
Dr. Yaryura put the incorrect stint in my father causing him to need to go through radiation instead of having his cancer surgically removed. The radiation did not irradicate the cancer. He died from a treatable cancer (tongue cancer). I would not recommend a doctor who does not read a chart and is very concerned about catching a flight instead of consulting family after performing surgery on patient.

Dr. Yaryura has been my cardiologist for nearly 17 years and has seen me through aortic valve replacement and most recently the implantation of a pacemaker. His care & skill has enabled me to continue to lead a full and active lifestyle in spite of some congenital cardiac challenges. I trust him implicitly and would recommend him to anyone without reservation.
