Dr. Urrutia is a rare combination of kindness and ability. He's one of the best prognosticator that I have seen. I appreciate and value his knowledge.His office isn't fancy but I don't go there for that. I go because of the quality care. The staff is very patient and kind, too. There is almost always a wait but the staff works really hard to let you know when the doctor will be available. There are 2 waiting areas, which I appreciate.

He seems warped by the job at hand. I've taken my child for the last year (due to family going as well) and the wait time each time, with an appointment, is still 1-2hours. When finally in the office, the Doctor spends all of 2 mins, if that, with the child, says beautiful baby and walks out. He doesn't seem to care and is just in a routine. With the short visit times with him, I've yet to figure out why the wait times are so long.
