My experince with NP Swatts is that he is not understanding of how frustrating it is to be going back and forth with his office and them saying they have submitted all paper work and then coming back saying they need one more paper to be signed by doctor. Therefore, I am thinking he has sent all paper work and its not true. And because I got upset with him he terminated my mom. He is not an understanding Nurse Practioner please do your homework. I don't want you to go through what I went through.
