Great service, I’m with this Practice for over 15 years, Dr Serrano it’s very knowledgeable and go straight to pinpoint the problem! Strongly recommend it

Because this is a small family practice the wait times can be a bit long. Allow extra time to avoid frustration with the wait.

You did not address my problem whatsoever. Instead, he sent me for something else. A bone density test in my problem was I could not swallow.

If you are a veteran Do Not Use this Doctor. They office has no respect for Veterans or people for that matter. The staff is the most rude group of people I have ever encountered in one spot. Just mean and no idea what is going on.

I've been Dr Serrano's patient for a long time. My daughter is about to turn 13 and she's going to be a patient of him as well. No matter what is going on with me he is always able to fix it he has an incredible bedside manner, and he explains every aspect of what is going on in detail. And he lays down goals for well-being and helps you achieve them. I love his entire staff which I believe are his family his wife and kids, I love every single thing about this place. Always takes his time and explains everything to us in a way that we could understand and send us to do the right test to make sure they stay healthy

I have NEVER been so appalled by the staff of any business or medical office in my life!!!!! I was hung up on 3 times and yelled at by the receptionist for asking to have a paper signed. Not to mention, she answered the phone "hello" like she was answering her own personal phone and when I asked to make sure I had called the correct number, she replied "Yes what do you need, i have 3 other calls on hold!" Absolutely, without a doubt, the worst receptionist I have ever had the displeasure of talking to.

Dr. Serrano is a very good doctor. Unfortunately his wife is at the front desk, she is disrespectfully, unprofessional and rude. I don't understand why she is over there. May be she is ready for her retirement. She is always mad and doesn't listen. I will change to another family doctor.

Dr. Serrano is a good doctor but his secretary (who is his wife) does not have education and does not know how to treat people, she is a assh..... If he changes secretaries, I'll probably be his patient again.

My mother has been a patient with this doctor for a little while now and the entire office is absolutely HORRIBLE. The women in the office are so RUDE and act like their patients are a huge inconvenience, particularly, Mrs. Serrano (his wife!). It is appalling to fathom a place that is supposed to HELP people and instead treats them so rudely. My mother who is in immense pain was trying to speak to Mrs. Serrano and she dismissed her like a peasant. The actual Dr. Serrano is also no good. He prescribed my mother adderall (a stimulant) and she has a heart murmur, he then told her not to tell her cardiologist about this- WHY?!? He also forgets to check important things, like my mom's ears. She has vertigo, a huge source of pain for her, and the man forgets to check that. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Serrano and his staff are excellent! We were here from out of town and needed a doctor. They staff was able to give us an appointment very quickly and take care of allour needs. The staff and Dr. Serrano were all very personable, friendly and attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend them!!

Dr. Serrano himself is good, the ladies at the front desk tho are rude. Unresourceful, unhelpful, snarky, & unprofessional. A good dr with a bad front desk staff. Never going back to this drs office those ladies at the front desk are unacceptable. They yelled at me because I came in to ask if I could get a copy of a paper that I lost & was put on the spot in the middle of the drs office in front of everyone having the ladies tell me how irresponsible I am & embarrassing me in front of everyone

I was a patient of Dr. Serrano for many years. I found him to be extremely empathetic and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns, and to explain clearly all procedures, test results and to answer questions. His office worked with me when I did not have insurance, so that I could afford health care. If I still lived in the Brevard area, I would happily continue to use him as my primary physician.

I am seeing Dr Serrano for more than 15 years. Se is very compassionate and it take the time to really try to understand the paciente problems. I would recommend anybody to find on him a doctor and a friend. Some time delays are espected.

Will not honor negotiated rate with united healthcare provider. Requires full payment even though the insurance company tells me I only have to pay the provider his negotiated rate. Totally dishonest provider and is overcharging his patients. Avoid at all cost.

Dr. Serrano has very good bed-side manner. He pays attention to the details of the symptoms. His diagnosis was excellent which led to a quick recovery. I highly recommend him.
