Seemed uninterested and did not take me seriously
I saw Dr. Ramos several times after a hospitalization for cardiac issues. Each time he did not have any idea what I was being seen for, and did not take my concerns seriously as I appeared to be 'a healthy young woman'. I got tired of being brushed off and asked my primary for a referral somewhere else as it had been almost a year since the onset of my issues with no relief. She referred me down to St. Luke's cardiology in KC instead. They almost immediately were able to identify what was causing my issues and oreder the appropriate testing for an official diagnosis. Additinally, unlike Dr. Ramos they were very kind and validating. If you have the means I recommend going to KC or at least seeing someone else in town.
