Unprofessional & Uncaring
Karri Burgner APRN, never had staff call for a follow up appointment and or to schedule additional tests that she stated were needed, concerning my son. He is now receiving proper care elsewhere. Pevine Family practice sent an automated call regarding an invoice. However, no invoice was emailed and or mailed. It appears as though three years ago this practice was fine; whomever has been hired since must be the problem.

Dr. Gonzalez and his staff at Peavine Family are thoughtful, patient and great with follow-up. I feel fully listened to and well cared by him and his APN's I've seen. He is great at educating and advising on self-care for patients like me who are motivated to get well and stay well between visits.

Doctor Gonzalez listens and gives you the time needed for your visit. He talks to you with respect and helps you understand the situation with simple words. Empathetic, knowledgeable and compassionate.

This medical practice is NOT professional. X-rays & MRI results not given to patient for OVER ONE WEEK, when results were requested STAT. Extremely rude staff and office manager. If you are looking for a primary care giver ..... GO ELSEWHERE!

The staff is rude, condescending and does not care about patient care. If Dr Gonzalez intends to keep his practice he needs to take a serious look at his support staff. This place has a very poor reputation regarding patient care. Several people I have spoken to expressed the same experience to me. I recommend that you go elsewhere, I will certainly not recommend to friends and family.

I never made it in to see the doctor . The office manager called me on the phone to inform me that they were refusing me medical treatment . The reason was because the office manager claimed I was wasting her time and she didn't have time to listen to me and neither did the doctor. She then told me to go find someone who would. I guess the doctor doesn't care how his office staff represents him. Find another doctor who cares.
