My wife and I have been patients for over 7years. Dr.Aleman is competent,helpful,caring and responsive. He calls with test results promptly.Sometimes at 7:30 in the evening. He listens carefully and engages you in possible solutions. His entire staff is friendly and efficient He is probably the best family doctor in south Florida..

His doctoring is great. His support staff is of very poor quality.I have called them a number of times and they never return my calls. Once, I left a message at 9:00 AM and they never responded that day or any subsequent day.I am sure the good Dr is not aware of how poorly his support staff performs.I am trying to get my son accepted as a patient and when he calls to give them his insurance and other information they never answer the phone or return his calls.He will have to go in person to give the information because they Weill not return his calls.

My husband and I started using Dr. Aleman over 6 years ago. We were referred by a friend. He than left the practice and went on his own and my husband and I looked for him and found him again. We love him. He is caring, always answers questions, and has a great bedside manner. We have an appointment tomorrow and looking forward in seeing him again. He is very caring and so pleasant. and as a doctor he is right on all the time. We trust him and his staff and will not go anywhere else.

I don’t understand why many people says doctor or office is horrific??your don’t know lady what you talking about, first you need understand the rules and law, when doctor move from another practice you need understand how many movement need to be fix before they accept all the insurance or maybe the most parte o insurance please ready all the other review this office will be the best at west palm beach, now this office is going up maybe more that the people expect because these office have profesional MD, ARNP and CMA and other staff. Please please maybe you can’t call another time and be sure they will take care of you, just give a few months and you will see.

Dr. Alemán has been my doctor for more than 2 years. I am very glad that when I retired, the agent of my new Medicare insurance recommended this doctor. I wouldn't change him for anyone. He is very dedicated, takes his time during your visit, and explains clearly every detail. You can see that he loves his profesion and he is very compassionate. Dr. Aleman Goes above and beyond any other Physician I ever had to deal with, he’s very caring and makes you feel like part of the family. When I was in the ICU and was being treated by another doctor Dr. Aleman Make sure to check up on me . When I had a emergency situation for a prescription the doctor took Upon himself to reach out to the insurance company to straighten things out this is the kind of doctor I would highly recommend.

I would recommend Dr. A to anyone who needs a doctor to sit and LISTEN to you. He takes his time to explain the diagnosis and looks you straight in the eye. He's compassionate and understanding. Actually... my own son recommended him to me. :-)
