Heartfelt thank you for taking care of my father with a very thorough approach!

My father was experiencing some cardiac symptoms. He made an appt with Dr. Shen and she brushed him off and did NO testing, so he got a second opinion. My father ended up needing a 6-bypass surgery. SIX BYPASS. I’m rather upset and disappointed as my father was in critical condition and Dr. Shen did NOTHING.

Knowledgrable, polite abd effective

Dr. Shen is thorough and so very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is. She always takes her time - never rushes the appointment. She always answers all questions and never makes you feel that the questions are “stupid”. She always reaches out to other doctors to make sure everyone “is on the same page.”

Dr. Shen has been working with my mother correcting an aorta valve. Since this was all very sudden, my initial experience with Dr. Shen was via cell and in person hospital visits. She is direct with the perfect level of bedside manner, Recently, we met with her in the office. Dr. Shen spent a considerable amount of time with us (30-45min) and demonstrating the highest level of care. I am trusting Dr. Shen with my mother's life and I am confident we have the right doctor to keep my mother alive.

Gaslit and rushed out of the room. Told me that she experienced worse when she was younger. Saw another doctor for a second opinion after my symptoms worsened and found out that Dr. Shen missed a diagnosis.

She's the best... forget the rest

I love this doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone ! For 15 years I have been complaining of chest pains, difficulty breathing, rapid heart beat, etcetera. I switch doctors and went to see Dr. Shen, she ran further testing on me and found I was 90 % blocked !!! - No one else could figure this out ?? I thank god for her and her wisdom, I think she is my ANGEL ! DEBBIE l.

Dr. Shen is great! She's very knowledgeable, not only in cardiology , but in internal medicine as well.

My experience with Dr. Shen was Excellent. I have 2 major health problem and her troubleshooting and interview went swimmingly. My previous Cardiologist failed to take my whole situation and Dr. Shen corrected my medications and the previous side effects disappeared. I don't regret making the change.

Dr. Shen has always run close to the appointment time. She looked at all the possible problems and did a follow up. She seems more like an old time doctor that listens. Much better than our old doctor.

The first time I met with Dr. Shen she seemed attentive. The second time I met with her she barely looked up from my chart and the last time I met with her I had the feeling she had far better things to be doing. In fact, she ended the visit by getting up and walking out without saying goodbye. I will not be seeing her again. Also, I arrive on time for my appointments, but for one visit I was kept waiting one and a half hours and this last time, I waited one half hour to see Dr. Shen.
