Dr. Rhu-Jade Raguindin, MD

The staff are professional and helpful whenever I call or come in for a visit. Also Dr. Jade is very responsive and takes care of any issues I've had so far. I've only been with him for about a year but in that time period I have been dealing with a significant medical issue and any time I call in he returns my call takes care of the issue even when I don't have an appointment. Best experience I've had with a doctor so far.

He is a truly dedicated doctor. He listens and he responds to his patients' concerns. He is thorough and leaves no stone unturned.

Dr. Jade, as I call him, is very sincere in helping people live life to their fullest! He is very considerate and easy to understand.

Dr Raguindin is knowledeable, concerned and a good listener. Bad reviews here are against Parrish Health, where he used to be, and not him.

I called the office at 9:00 this morning and left a message that I needed a prescription for an antibiotic for a severe sinus infection Called back at Noon and was told that the message was being processed and that the doctor would call me. It is now 7:00 pm and no one has returned my calls. I have had too many issues with the Parrish Medical Group in the past and had to contact my insurance agent to resolve my questions as to why the doctors do not return important calls. I am not blaming the doctor as I feel that the staff are not doing their job!!!

Terrible office staff Moved to Florida this year and didn't have a primary care doctor, so the wife and I using reviews picked this place since it was close by. We both made appointment's for physicals which is a long wait. Day before, wife's physical was canceled and mine was his last for the day. I got a 10 minute physical since he had somewhere to go. Office staff submitted it as an office visit, charged me for my free physical then sent it 2 a collection agency for less then $200 after I called them numerous times stating they coded it wrong. Waited month's for nothing and never got a true physical. This isn't health care, it's health charge and they are jeopardizing our health by having us wait another year for a real physical. A bunch of drunken donkeys could do a better job in running this practice.

Dr. Raguindin is a very personable and knowledgeable physician. He has been my primary care physician for around 6 years now and I could not be happier with the way he cares for my well being. He takes time to learn about you as a person and what you are like and then treats accordingly. I have never felt like I was just another patient with Dr. Raguindin. He makes me want to keep up myself healthy.
