Horrible office staff ! No professionalism ! They lack empathy and consideration. They are rude and disrespectful. Wait times are at least 2-3 hrs and don’t even ask for a document . You’ll wait at least 3 weeks for one piece of paper that they will charge you 25 dollars for to just pick up after they make you wait even longer to hand it to you. And they do NOT care about their wait times, they do not care about you or your time. Most unprofessional office staff I have ever encountered in my life !

I had been trying to see Dr Estrella since November only to have my appointment rescheduled days before for the next month on two separate occasions. In late January I finally managed to get her to agree to a virtual appointment so that I could be referred to an OBGYN for my high risk pregnancy. It's been more than two months since then and my referral keeps being sent to wrong offices or sent incomplete. The receptionist doesn't listen to what's being said and says I'll call you back about everything and never does. The care coordinator doesn't answer her phone, return messages or emails, or do her job at all apparently. When my husband called to demand an explanation, he was told to have compassion because she had been sick and lost a relative. I am 32w pregnant and haven't been seen by an OB beyond the times I need emergency treatment. This isn't just incompetent, it's grossly negligent.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but here I am. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after two visits nothing changed. My first visit was when I was a new patient and they said the soonest they could schedule me was a month out. So I waited a month and went and waited an hour after my SCHEDULED appt time. Next time I went in was for birth control only to find out after waiting that they dont prescribe birth control there even though I told the front desk receptionist that it was for birth control. So, they wasted my time by having me come in to then tell me they had to refer me to a obgyn. The lady at the front desk this time was nice, but clearly wasnt listening to what I was asking for or they would've told me they dont prescribe birth control. The doctor was nice but it seems that the staff doesnt really seem to care as to why you're there or understand time urgencies.

I just started going to seeing Dr. Estrella as my primary doctor in August, and I am already trying to switch my Doctor to someone else. To a Doctor that actually CARES about their patients and does not rush my during my appointment. Every time me and my mom call (we both have dr Estrella as our primary) we are always on hold for 15+ minutes. We wait over an hour, close to two hours to be seen. Wait 30minutes in the room, only to be seeing and attended to for less than 10 minutes! Every time I ask questions she rushes me and last time I had a full body female physical and I had a list of concerns I wanted to read off about myself, and she gave me this look of annoyance and before I could finish she cut me off and said once they get my blood results she’ll have answers, I was amazed and at that moment knew I was wasting my time at this place. Please don’t have this lady as your primary! Find someone that had good reviews and gives a damn.Staff is unprofessional as well.

Terrible staff. Doctor seem very rushed everytime is see her. In addition, she rarely response to emails or messages left. Stay away from this doctor.

Very caring doctor...takes time with patients...but wait time can be 2 hours or more. Staff can be testy.

The doctor seems to be controlled by her staff. I believe the office manager, very unpleasant person named Jennifer, has control of everything that goes on in that office. The doctor has mentioned that many people have complained about this person. I went to emergency on a Sunday, called the drs office Monday morning to schedule an appt. I was informed that they could not schedule an appt. they would leave a message And I would get a call the next day. No one called me.

I called to set up my first appointment as she was the assigned doctor for our family and I was disappointed that the next available slot is August 3- almost 2 months waiting period. I ended up just changing PCP.

I really like Dr. Estrella-Itchon, I found her to be thorough and genuinely concerned with my needs. However, I’m very concerned about the staff. The person that enters the information in a laptop in the room just doesn’t pay attention! The doctor clearly give her information and it seems to fall on deaf ears. Referrals not made, prescriptions not sent to pharmacy etc. This is very concerning. I hope Dr. Estrella -Itchon sees this and has a staff meeting soon!

The wait even with an appointment is still at minimum an hour long, even when there were only two people in the waiting room. Her staff needs to get train how to schedule appointments. What's the point to make appointment when the waiting is that long.

Terrible! Always long wait times 1.5hrs even with appointment. Dr. Estrella is always in a rush with too many patients and if you need a doctor she doesn't help you. It was fine when I was healthy but now I don't trust her with my medical issues and pain. The staff is terribly rude like most of the reviews state and they lie to you. I don't? know why I've waited so long to change doctors.

Been my primary for years. I like how she takes the time to listen to my concerns . asks follow up questions, is thorough and reminds me of tests, appts and procedures I might need. Staff is friendly , office and rooms very clean , quiet and calm. Only complaint is long wait times even with an appointment.

Always behind in seeing patients. The wait time in office and examine room is too long. Estrella always seems to be in a rush with her patients and does not take the time to find out if there is anything more that they might need.
