Dr.Chang is the best! Her heart is in the right place and she gives her all to her patients. Dr. Chang is quick to respond, and her staff is awesome!

My husband had an annual physical with Dr Chang, but it was not a physical. He was not even asked to disrobe and put on a surgical gown in preparation for the exam. Almost Nothing, that is normally checked for a physical, of a 62 year old male, was done! Although, when you check his records online, items are checked off as being done and they weren’t! He was even charged around 140, when asked for a hand dr referral.

Listens to the patient and in my case has helped me get to root cause of an ongoing issue. I only wish I had found her sooner.

Do not recommend. While Dr. Chang is an excellent provider, I received a $500 bill (9 months after my office visit) for Routine Lab Work. Even though the bloodwork was drawn in the office, they billed it as if it were done by another provider, causing me to be stuck with a $500 bill even though I have excellent insurance. Fraudulent at best

I have relocated to Cary , NC month back and was looking for primary care physician. I got to see Dr. Chang.she is awesome and listens to you and understand your concerns very well . I was not having any medical records with me but the way she tried to know more details and help me with my problems is awesome. Thank you so much !

Through the years my family and I have been blessed with good and wonderful doctors but Dr. Chang is the best of all for our family. I finally found a doctor that my husband not only wanted to see but also actively participate in his health care. Dr. Chang is highly competent, knowledgeable, caring and a great listener. She is kind and gentle and has the best bedside manners. We are all very grateful for the care we receive from Dr. Chang. I wish more doctors are like her. Overall, an excellent doctor.

Dr. Chang has been great for our family. She is someone who really cares about her patients. That cannot be said about many doctors. She is very attentive and listens to your concerns. Takes the right action when it is necessary and makes sure you are informed and worry free even on weekends and Holidays. We wouldn’t replace her as our family physician at any price.

My husband and I started seeing Dr. Chang a few years ago. She is an outstanding physician. She responds to inquiries through the patient portal so promptly, takes concerns seriously, and is that wonderful mix of professionalism and warmth that is so hard to find these days. We recently elected to pay higher premiums in order to stay on a plan that would continue to allow us to see her. I have recommended her to several friends.

Dr. Chang is simply outstanding! Not only are her medical knowledge and experience readily noticeable, she also exceeds your expectations in how quickly she attends to your needs. Dr. Chang works with her patients as well as the loved ones of the patients to determine the best plan of action to meet your health needs and goals. She exercises such care in being thorough and replete in each visit and she is consistent. Dr. Chang truly cares for her patients and that is evident by her every action.

Exceptional physician. Patiently listens. Fully explains logic and diagnosis. Is open minded and researches an issue if she's unfamiliar with it and follows up with you. Gives timely and personalized feedback.

Dr. Chang has a relaxed, down-to-earth, focused style that I really appreciate. She is a good listener and seems to make recommendations on effective medicine instead of generic protocols.

EXCELLENT DR. VERY PATIENT AND IS A GREAT LISTENER, I DIDNT FEEL RUSHED, I AM DEFINATELY GOING TO RECOMEND HER TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY! :-)
