Dr. Drugge solved a skin issue I had for 6 months & successfully removed 3 melanomas that other doctors ignored. He is an excellent caring doctor & his staff is outstanding.

Would not return
Had little interest on why we had come. Wanted to sell us on his mole scan machine. It was outrageous as we were not there for a mole check but a serious skin condition. Office staff seemed very confused.

Ignores and dismisses senior citizens
I am 90 years old and handicapped. I went to Drugge because of a terrible rash on my arms and back. Sitting in the waiting room I watched as every other patient was taken in to see the doctor - even patients with appointments later than mine. The young man and young woman at the front desk were oblivious to my age, my health, my need to be taken care of in a timely manner. After an hour with no answers or attention or communication or apology for the ridiculous wait time I left. In my 90 years I have seen hundreds of doctors and been in hundreds of doctors' offices. This was one of the worst run offices I have ever seen. Trust me - there are plenty of other excellent Dermatologists in the area who actually care about elderly/handicapped patients.

I was disappointed in my experience. After waiting over a half hour, he spoke into a phone during the 5 minutes that he met with me and did not explain anything. He laughed at my question about possibility of diabetes. The office was not clean or welcoming.

He is an amazing doctor, 4 years ago he treated surgically a skin cancer on my ancle front tibia leaving no scar and no need of any other therapy. Glad to find him because if I didn’t ask a friend for a second opinion referral doctor I would end up having a major scar and a skin graft from some one else. My daughter was also very happy to take advantage of the preventive mole map, having many moles and fair skin it’s comforting to use dr. Drugge’s technology. She moved to Massachusetts and wished to have his expertise available there. Usually I write a thank you card but I think I didn’t because I was overwhelmed with my then business and I want to make it up because when a doctor does a good work must be rewarded with a thank you note.

With most doctors, i expect to arrive and wait. In Dr. Drugge's office , i am first greeted by his friendly staff. Dr. Drugge then arrives in the examining room within minutes, always smiling, always inquiring about my life, and always thorough in his exam. Just read about his background and his accomplishments in this field, and you will understand why he has been ranked as one of the top doctors in his field. Spend time with him, and you will know that he places his patients' health first.

The staff is disorganized and frazzled. Arrived 3 minutes after my appointment and waited for the next half hour with no doctor or nurse or staff in sight. Unsightly and frankly dilapidated office. Need not go. Find someone else.
