Exceptional-Highly recommended
Professional, efficient, effective and personable. I love her let’s get to it approach after I arrived 10 minutes late. She is knowledge and diagnosed possible causes for my issue. Conducted exam, was clear in her explanation and communicated next steps.

Absolutely the best!
Telehealth
Dr Herzfeld treats her patients as she would like to be treated and it makes visita with her — whether virtual or in-person a true pleasure. She is also a very smart and talented doctor who makes you feel very confident that you are in good hands. I look forward to my visits with her as she is also just a delightful person. Honestly, cannot say enough good things about this doctor.

Dr. Herzfeld is absolutely the best. I’ve never had a better neurologist. My only complaint is that some of her office staff are really unpleasant. I’ve been hung up on, talked down to, etc.

Complicated
I am starting treatment for my sleep apnea. I have to wait 2 months for a sleep study and 3 months to review the test results. It will only be then that I find out how good a doctor she is as she recommends and helps provide treatment. The scheduling nurse heard my concerns and said she would put me on the list if there was a cancellation—she didn’t write anything down or type anything as she was saying that—never gonna happen.

I highly recommend Dr Herzfeld to anyone seeking a neurologist. I am always grateful for her overall depth of knowledge in her field, as I just was diagnosed with a central nervous system disease and also have some other significant and ongoing medical problems as well. Her ability to listen and respond to my concerns and questions and provide helpful medical testing, guidance, and solutions to my overall health is very impressive.
