Love this man AND St. Luke's!
I went around the US with severe congestive heart failure and Mayo and UCLA determined I wasn't eligible for a heart transplant because of a scleroderma diagnosis. Delgado took one look and said: "no, that will go away with a transplant." I received my transplant on December 29th, 2017. What an absolute miracle! Delgado's expertise is top of the heap. His staff, partners, and hospital are brilliant. They had multiple contingencies ready and waiting for every little scenario arising along the way. I am better than I was even before heart failure happened. I even got down into the high 9-minute mile in the 5k! Unbelievable outcome. I was truly blessed to have been delivered a miracle by these angels!

We trust our life to Dr. Delgado. He is brilliant, easy to talk to, makes us feel comfortable so that we can ask Questions. He listens and explains! He is thorough! The better news is his staff is helpful and efficient! Sharon is friendly, seems to care about our health and is always , always helpful! Nothing falls through the cracks!

Doctor Delgado is an excellent cardiologist who makes sure his patients get all the care they need in regard to your heart. The reason I give Dr. Delgado 4 stars is that he doesn't address the psychological needs of the patient who have been suffering a long time due to heart disease. You may appear fine to him but your not fine. Before a heart transplant you will be assigned a social worker, but after transplant they become non-existent
