They have recently changed the name of the clinic and things aren’t the same. It feels like the “Wal-Mart” of pain management. Unfortunately I’m trying to find a new Dr. because I’ve figured out that if you’re not having procedures like blocks done, you’re not making them any money. Within 6 months of seeing them they have basically taken me off all the medications that were working wonderfully without any real explanation. I love Dr Williams but you never see him just the NP. All about $ now.

Wish I had a General Practitioner like him! Although I don't go to him often, I have been seeing him for years. He's also an excellent anesthesiologist as I never know that he has given me injections in my lumbar. The absolute best doctor I've ever been to and I'm almost 67 years old. That's saying a lot and think it's his personality and care about his patients. His entire staff is nice and helpful. Can't say enough about Dr. Rex!

Dr. Rex Williams has always been a great doctor, however, his staff is the worst I've ever experienced. Front desk and other staff are rude, pushy and unprofessional. They are just trying to get you in and out! They scheduled my MRI for wrong place, when they have all my records of where I've always had them done. They scheduled my MRI for CMMC when it should have been scheduled for Central MS Diagnostics. The price at Central Diagnostics was $725 and CMMC was $4,900. They are incompetent!!

Williams' knowledge and use of chronic pain meds are 5 yrs behind times . I had severe adverse reactions to the med he gave me. Messages left about the severe side effects and inadequate pain relief went unanswered for two 2 weeks then the "nurse" told me there was nothing that could be done 'til my next appt. two weeks away, nor would I be able to talk to the doctor. Also,I was told they could not work me in before my appt. I found these responses to be very callous, unprofessional & dangerous.
