Never again
My eye is worse now than before I saw him. He did not call in my antibiotics after performing surgery on my eye. Handed me a gauze eye pad to apply myself after eye surgery. Rushed out of the office like he didn’t have time to deal with me.

Dr. Hsei is very Professional, informative, thorough, and on time. I highly recommend him for anyone having difficult vision problems. He fixed my vision 100%. I have been to several ophthalmologists and left with my problem.

My vision doctor for 10+ years. Did cataract surgery on both eyes, couldn't believe how easy it was. He shows concern and care and takes time to explain your situation. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hsei put the wrong lens in my eye during cataract surgery and also damaged the capsule behind the lens. I have very poor vision in the eye now and must always wear a contact lens in the eye to see somewhat clearly. His arrogant attitude following his mistakes made a very bad situation intolerable for me. It was not until three weeks after surgery and a discussion with my regular eye doctor that he admitted he had implanted the incorrect lens. I would definitely not recommend him.

Dr Hsei was never friendly as courteous as I was from my first appointment w/ him. He never advised me on the condition of my dry eye. Appeared to be irate easily. On one occasion, he came into the office chuckling in a ridiculing manner. Obviously, he wouldn't be responsible for his staff member in the optical shop breaking my well made prescription glasses. Of course, I left him for another eye doctor more professional than he is.

Dr. Hsei is not user friendly. I mentioned that I felt blown off by either his staff or him over my concern related to an ocular migrane. I asked the receptionist if i should come in. She said if i wanted to she would give me an appointment. I asked her to ask him if it was important to get it checked out and to call me back. No go. He got very upset at me mentioning this and snapped he didn't have time for this and threatened to end the exam.
