Dr. B. is not patient-centered. She does not take time to answer questions and never listens to complicated developments. If you have a complex condition, stay far far away from this clinic. If you have straightforward needs, Dr. B might be okay. Anything outside of standard, by-the-book care, reserve your energy/time/money; Dr. B is inconsiderate, unclear, generally detached and uncaring — nothing you want in a specialized physician. I have complex diagnoses and communicate clearly, calmly, and patiently. Dr. B is one of the worst physicians I have seen in 15 years. Each visit, Dr. B is breezing out of the exam room before I can respond or ask questions. If you think patient care is collaborative, this doctor is a BIG NO. She might prescribe medication for you but — **She does not care about you.** Terrible doctor: 0/10

Dr. B diagnosed me with severe rheumatoid arthritis five years ago. She has kept me from suffering the most extreme symptoms of my disease. I am grateful to have such a good doctor located near my home. I also have a hearing impairment and she has been very kind and patient with me. She is a great doctor and a good person. I recommend anyone with this disease to give her a call. ??

I saw Dr. B for two years but had to find another physician because she kept cancelling my appointments to go out of the country. I understand that doctors have lives too, but plan ahead and block your schedule? If it had only happened once or twice, I would be more understanding, but I was cancelled on 6 times in two years - thats more times than I ever saw her. One time they called to reschedule and then called to reschedule the RESCHEDULED appointment! I liked her a lot as a doctor, but I need consistent reliable care. I cannot recommend her due to the inconsistency I experienced.

Worst place to go to. I had an allergy test taken at this office and they had lost all of my records of what I was allergic to. On top of that when they had lost my record they told me I had to pay for another one if I wanted another, when they lost my record. When driving to see here they called me saying the appointment was cancelled keep in mind this was around 2ish. The whole day almost past and they never thought to call the patient. I would recommend to go somewhere else.
