She is the best doctor I have ever had, she listens extremely well to whats going on with me, and takes the time to actually go through with possible medications that could help, if any. She is very kind, Jodi at the front desk is probably one of the best people I have ever encountered. They are all great people! and so what if there is a dog around the office, the dog doesnt bother anyone, wont even come up to you, he stays in his bed majority of the time and pays no mind to others. You wouldnt have even known he was there.

It was Horrible everytime I was there, rushed thru the appt, felt ignored. Seems like all she wanted to do was see if I needed any new meds or a medical marijuana card. I would never get call backs when I had to leave messages. I didn't like the fact that dogs are walking around the office, not professional imo. Would not recommend her to anyone.

My first time visit was so horrible . 1. The front office lady is very rude, insolent, lacks manners, no decorum, and above all shouts when she talks. 2. The space is small but they let a dog run the whole place ,its not a service Dog. 3. The Dog get more care and time from everyone that works there, what a travesty I didn't know when a patents visit a doctor(human) and you find a Dog that has total control of the place. 4. Doctors office don't call back even when you leave a voice , I guess they're taking good care or busy with Dog. 5.Do blood work that was order by the Doctor up until now I have No knowledge of how the result came out, I called several times nothing nothing. 6. When all love our pets but if you go to visit a medical Doctor for health issues it should be it not Dog running the whole show then you have minimal time to spend with your patient's , if when we do go to a Vet Doctor then that's totally different case altogether... 0

I finally found a doctor I can relate to! I have very bad health anxiety and instead of pushing more pills she gave me books to read and really tell me the truth…I have to work on this myself daily to learn how to over come this. The staff is wonderful and yes, there is a dog in the office which makes me love this office even more…! Finally a doctor that I don’t dread going to and feel good leaving!

This was the worst doctors visit I have ever had! Not only did NO ONE in the office wear a mask- including the doctor- but there were also two dogs walking around the place. So unprofessional! I felt very rushed and the doctor made me feel embarrassed about my condition. Would NEVER recommend.

Wonderful! She is the only doctor I have ever enjoyed going to. She is compassionate, and helpful. Her calm demeanor makes for a nice pleasant visit. She has saved me from lifelong other medical issues. I drive 25-35 minutes to see her. She is worth an hour!

She is not there for your needs but rather the utmost condescending dr. I’ve ever met. She prescribed medication that she knows nothing about and when there was bad side effects she didn’t care.

I have been dealing with crazy health issues for the last year. Dr. Rubinstein has taken every step seriously for my care. She didn’t blow me off, but took the time to help me take the steps necessary to solve my health issues. With my health issues, I was unable to digest food and lost a ton of weight. Thanks to Dr. Rubinstein, I’m finally getting my health back and I’m able to live my life normally again. I highly recommend her to everyone and anyone. If you want great care from a doctor who actively listens to your concerns, go to Dr. Rubinstein.

Dr. Rubinstein is awesome! She cares for her patients as if they are family! I suffer from endometriosis and have had a lot of major surgeries and don’t want anymore and she is finding great ways for me to live life and not suffer! She tries different things and wants what’s best for me! She also brings you back fast to check and see if the meds are working and if not then suggests something else! I’m so glad I found her!

I am only 45 years old and I need a knee replacement. I have been to 2 orthopedic surgeons to get opinions. I was told because of my age and being so young if I get a replacement this early I will need a few more in the future. I am not ready for this. I was referred to go to Dr Rubinstein. Her injection in my knee for pain relief by far has been the best I have ever had. She explained thoroughly how she was doing it and I have had the most success and best results from her!

I went to see Dr. Rubinstein after visiting several doctors for unexplained aches and pains / swelling in my joints. I had already been prescribed steroids and pain killers for my issues. None of the other doctors asked me about my lifestyle or activities. Dr. Rubinstein took the time to find out that I spend a lot of time outdoors and she tested me for Lyme disease. I had it! After a month of very strong antibiotics, I am on the mend. She is an extremely thorough doctor. Grateful for her care.

I scheduled with Dr. Renee Rubinstein for an appointment, she checked my body from head to toe, which I thought was odd at first, as I am no magazine model,... good thing for me as she found a small malignant melanoma, on my rear parts... she took a small biopsy of the thing which I didn't even know I had... came back as CANCER! ...Yes scary... (the MD who removed it said she saved my life by finding it early.) Dr Rubinstein is thorough, so that why I going to keep going to see her.

DR. Rubinstein is the best !!!!! I don't understand how anyone can say she is rude..... She tells you whats wrong, she doesn't sugar coat anything. She is very honest, and a lot of people don't want honesty ! They just want pills, then go....... As for scripts, every DR. tells you 24-48 hours !!!! If you wait till your out, that's your fault, not hers !!!!!! No matter what !!!!! I LOVE DR. RUBINSTEIN.... If you don't like DR.RUBINSTEIN, then theres something wrong with YOU !!!!!

Severely lacking bedside manners, she is rude, inconsiderate and most of all condescending. Dr. Rubinstein is an ineffective doctor who is incapable of returning any phone calls to pharmacies to actual fill the perscription she writes. I only wish when I scheduled an appt with Dr. Meyers he would actually see me instead of pawning me off to a doctor who makes her patients feel like giving up in the search for real professional medical care.

She is very unreliable for returning calls. It takes 2 days to get a call back. My son needed a refill on a Maintenance script and the pharmacy and myself called her several times and it Took over three weeks to hear from her and then she said he needed to come in for a check up so my son ended up getting sick for not having his medicine for several weeks.
