Poor time management! Has gotten snappy with me several times.left critical and controversial guidance to me on a voicemail at 7:30 at night ant then went out of town for a week. I fired her today and should have done,so the moment, I got a bad feeling about her. I gave her a chance, in the spirit of fairness and now I regret that decision!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
