She is the best doctor ever. She listens to all of my symptoms, or concerns and talks through them with me. She orders blood tests, or anything else related to the problem, and goes over the results with you.

I'm gonna multiple doctors and she's the only one who's been able to help me get out of the pain.I'm in with my back

She used to be a fantastic physician. After I self referred to another Liver Transplabt Center that she disagreed with she pretty much checked out of my care. She gave me a diagnosis without adequate knowledge and back up. She never once examined me nor touched me during several visits over 9 months.

Dr. Sanghavi has consistently been knowledgeable and helpful about my various health issues. She takes time to ask questions and orders appropriate tests to get to the bottom of what is wrong.

You really don’t know you have a bad doctor until you get a good one like her! She is consistent and thorough she really cares and I love that she doesn’t rush out of the room. She follows up with you and she is just downright amazing I recommend everybody I know to her seriously you are in the best of hands when you are her patient!

I needed a Primary Care doctor and was referred to Dr. Sanghavi. She took time to get to know me, what my concerns were, how I was feeling both physically and mentally and formulated a plan of action. I am very grateful to have her as my Primary Care doctor and have recommend her to my friends and family.

She is very kind and empathetic when you're with her in the office and did get me the referrals that I needed but when it came time to refill my Concerta she really let me down. She said she wants me to stop taking it based on my more recent symptoms but my symptoms WORSEN when I'm off my Concerta. I am literally scared to go to work now because I also work in the medical field and can't exactly afford to be like this. I have gone without refills before and It's not pretty.

Love Dr. Sanghavi! She is the best doctor I have had and I have moved seven times. She listens well, explains things well, and is thorough about your medical issue. I read negative remark about not treating patient and referring patient to "Specialist." I don't think reviewer understands nature of family practice. Dr. Sanghavi will treat medical issues as needed. Some issues she followed me directly but for other issues, she referred me out to specialist to make sure I was getting the best medical care possible. I also had no problems about prescription being filled by her or staff. I am also a big fan of the online health system that her practice uses. I can schedule appointments, see plan of care, health summary, test results, ask a question, refill a prescription and so much more. I am so happy with my medical care!

Really good!! Listens well and answers questions thoroughly. Glad we went to her. Only issue was the assistant wasn't great, but not really the doctor's fault. Highly recommend Dr. Sanghavi!

Simply awesome! She is so good that I stayed with her even after she moved to metroeast IL. It takes me an hour to get to her new office, but it's worth it to get the best medical care.

Dr. Sanghavi is the best doctor I've ever had! My kids love her too! She takes the time to explain things in plain English and doesn't just throw medical terms at you trying to sound smart...she actually is smart and very caring. Unlike some other doctors who just shove drugs at you and rush you out, she tries to get to the root of the issue and solve it so it doesn't keep happening. She actual gets to know you and follows up quicker than others. Wish I would have found her so much earlier in my life it would have saved my family so much trouble. Thank you Dr. Sanghavi!!! I would give you 10 stars if I could!

I enjoy Dr. Sanghavi tremendously, so much so that I'm willing to drive to her new location to stay with her. I feel she listens to what I'm saying, even when I can't pinpoint exactly what I'm trying to convey. She is thorough with adjusting my meds, and is terrific in communicating through the Mercy online service.

Dr Sanghavi has caused me more trouble and taken away more time than any other doctor I have ever know. She doesn't treat you, but sends you to "Specailists" for care. She has caused me problems by doing bloodwork which was unnecessary and interfered with how other doctors could treat me. I don't trust Dr Sanghavi has our best interests at heart. She would have to actually treat you, to understand your personal needs. Her practice is a clearing house for complicated healthcare.

She is the best primary doctor I've ever encountered. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and explaining things in a way that is not condescending. She's smart, funny and very personable. She knows exactly which steps to take should there be any issues of any kind and covers every base to make sure her patients receive the absolute best care available. The nursing staff is very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The experience as a whole is very pleasant.

orders frivolous test, changes medicines without knowing patients medical record and without discussing the medicine change with patient, ask patients to supply medical proof for medications when it is in patients chart because she does not want to be bothered to look for herself, and changing medication puts my health at risk from flare ups to cancer, I would not take my animals to see her in fear of her killing them.

Does not listen. Wants to change medications I have been on for years with just one 15 minute visit. Orders unnecessary tests without discussing it with the patient. Had to ask for refills on medications 3 times and get the office manager involved then sends it to the wrong pharmacy. Does not look at notes want patient to verify previous doctor notes from other Mercy doctors when she has access to them. my dog vet does a better job. Her nurse Robin is nice but doesn't listen either.
