I have been a patient of Dr. Chern’s for many years. Her excellent diagnostic ability, along with her skill, her ability to refer to other physicians when needed and her caring and kindness - all this makes her an outstanding doctor. When she performed cataract surgery on me, three other people in the hospital waiting room asked for referral information. I recommend her highly and with great affection.

She was very nice and friendly but she gave me the wrong diagnosis and medication. The eye drops she prescribed to me made my eyes feel much worse than before. I will not recommend her to anyone else.
