I did not believe in root cause medicine, functional medicine, and integration offered by Dr. Shah but I decided to follow through her recommendations. I told that to my mother. Nine months after I can see that I have no reservations about recommending her to anybody, as I am back to work and providing for my family. Thanks Dr. Shah

Horrible experience with this doctor. Doctor and staff are condescending and unable to communicate or answer basic questions even after sending questions in writing by email. Insist that patient portal has all the information and refuses to send to patient. All that is on portal is voice to text notes that are incomprehensible. God forbid you try to ask a question to clarify anything.

Very disappointed. I was hoping to make an appointment for myself and my mother and called twice with no return phone calls. I’ll find a doctor that can find the time to return a call and make an appointment.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was being seen by Dr. Shah for over 6 months and had the worst experiences as a patient. She is semi-retired and out of town often, so don't count on prompt feedback of results (from testing that you are spending >$100 on in addition to the +$275 consults). Her demeanor is cold and I did not feel understood as a a patient or a person (which goes against much of the functional medicine practices).

I would not recommend this provider. She doesn't believe Hashimoto's is an autoimmune disease/disorder and wasn't at all prepared for the appmt, even though documents had been sent ahead weeks earlier. Very disappointed.

I have seen her few times .I have had 4 major symptoms .My Doctor and specialist did not make a dent in my condition. I visited her with skepticism looking at this site 21/2 star evaluation. My girl friend goes to her and raves about her care, and I saw how she is feeling better, so I decided to give her a try. Am I glad I did it .I am with her for 8 weeks and I am able to go to work ,for few hours a day, but it is better than not being able to get out of bed I am alive again.
