ONCE AGAIN I LOVE DR. PILLIA

Been dealing with this problem about 7 months and seen about 4 doctors and this doctor did more than all put together!

Dr. Pillai is very easy to talk to because she gave me the feeling and understanding that she really cares about her patients

Great doctor, Dr. Pallai has been the first neurologist who has listened to me as a patient and didn't treat me like a number and I've seen 5 neurologists in memphis

I’ve seen Dr Pillai since my MS diagnosis in 1999. She was satisfactory until now. I’m in the midst of getting the second year of a 2-year MS treatment and she is not being cooperative in supplying needed medical information to push the script through. It has been denied by insurance as they require certain paperwork to be submitted and she seems indifferent. I need to complete the second year of this two year course for my MS and future health. In this situation, I feel professionalism is non-existent. This is about someone’s life and well-being. What kind of a Dr blows this off? I’m at a loss as to what I can do to get my medication.

The front office staff was quite pleasant & efficient. Dr. Pillai was patient, listened, & thoroughly explained what treatment she would be doing for me or recommending for me. She was knowledgeable & always provided multiple options for treatment. Unfortunately, I was never seen on time. I typically was seen an 1 1/2 after my appointment time. Also, her MA/nurse Amanda had poor communication skills. She failed to return phone calls and submit prescription refills repeatedly.
