Just called office for records and the experience was a reminder of why I will never return. The doctor was most unhelpful the 2 visits I had in 2007. Now, wanting to send those records to a specialist, the office employee questioned why they are even needed as the records are from so long ago. Wow. My last visit they left me in the waiting room for an hour. It was not until I was the only person remaining that they asked to remind them who I was. Awful experience with both the doctor and staff.
