The provider was new to the pt. He was very nice and very helpful.

He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and one mbr. of my family is considering asking for an appt. with him. I'm so happy that he is replacing Dr. was the best. Hope he's not considering retirement soon.

Very knowledgeable of my complaints, took time and explained in detail my test results. I could really understand the results. Very through I wasn't told when I ask a question you are just getting old,but an overall good explanation was given.

I was a patient of dr. Oneal for 20 years he was a good doctor and I like going to him but then he switched to Henry Ford and just ditched all his old patients and I can't even get a hold of him to get my records to send to my new doctor every attempt I've made to get my records was just a dead end wall.

I met Dr. O’Neal when I broke my leg in 1998. Tore my ACL as well. He fixed me up with an orthopedic doctor the next day. Two days later I had surgery & was on my way to recovery. Then in 2002 I had a gall bladder attack. Again he sent me the right direction & my recovery was quick. To Dr. O’Neal I’m not just a file in his caninet. He listens to me. He tries different methods to make you as comfortable & as healthy as you can be. My one concern is that he’ll retire one day, hopefully not soon

I have been seeing Dr. O'Neal for nearly 20 years, with a small break when I lived further away and had small children. He is by far the best primary care physician I have worked with. He listens, he addresses problems from the whole person perspective vs just symptomatically. His office staff is superb. The only downside: he is a 1-physician office, therefore you will likely wait. It's worth it. He takes time to really listen and help! Rare!

Been going to him for a while. I get allergy shots. A minute procedure can sometimes take up to 45 minutes of waiting. Same with appointments. I have a 1:00 appointment I might see his face by 2-2:15. When no one else or barely anyone else is before me. Once I do see him he is guaranteed to talk about something completely unrelated to the visit for 10-20 minutes. The saving grace is his staff, and that is honestly why I have put up with it. Would highly recommend seeing another Dr.
