Got a letter saying Dr. Biggs' office was being shut down indefinitely due to his poor care of patients and over-prescribing of medications, but apparently his office was still open.... Anyway it takes 2 hours to even be seen, and you don't ever really feel like anyone is listening. You talk, he gives meds and you're out.. went here and my very first day I was given 4 prescriptions WITHOUT ever having a real evaluation at first...

Dr. Biggs is very unprofessional and his staff is unprofessional too. I have had 2 appointments, 1 where I left work early and he was not there. I was told he had to leave early but NO One called to tell me this after I have traveled to his office. I feel he doesn't care because if he did...he would let the appointment know he will not be there for their scheduled appointment and re-schedule.

I guess you have to give up a star, but for me personally I would not. I have been seeing Dr R Both since 2014, alone with 2 grands. He's not professional at all. He says at his desk just typing away, not asking you any questions about what is going on in your life. He shows no concern about your well being. Sitting in the room with him for 15 minutes just so they can charge your insurance then he gives you a prescription. That's why people are saying good things about him. Never again will I.
