Dr. Regina Lee, MD

…and i don’t say that lightly. Dr. Lee is the best dr i have seen in my lifetime. There are long wait times for in office visits but once you are with her you will know why. She does not rush, she is with you and hearing you out fully. It’s as if you are the only patient there is for that time. She has listened to all of my concerns thoroughly and makes sure you fully understand why she makes the decisions she does on assisting. I like that she is willing to offer options that aren’t just a pill prescription, but lifestyle and mental changes as well. Her, her PAs, and the students learning in office have always made me feel cared for and have the best bed side manor. I recommend her to everyone who needs a dr, and now I have 3 family members going to her as well that have the same positive experience. It’s been almost 2 years of me seeing her on a bi-monthly basis and no matter how i’m feeling, seeing her walk in the room makes me smile.

I've been a patient for almost ten years. I love her personable manner and that she really gives attention to my whole well being and how it's interconnected rather than just looking at symptoms. I recommend ber to everyone I can.

Scheduled 2 telemedicine visits and dr Lee never showed up for the appointments

In all 4 appointments since choosing Dr Regina Lee as my primary physician, I have been extremely pleased with her attentive and responsive provision of care and treatment. She addressed all concerns I brought up, and continues to provide ongoing care indicated by tests. At my FIRST visit, in response to an unknown cardiac issue that I brought up, she did some tests and referred me to a cardiologist immediately. Without Dr Lee's attentive action, my resulting corrective cardiac surgery would never have been accomplished.

Horrible currently have swollen feet and edema shes incompetent and will not listen to advice think she knows more because shes a doctor.. Gets upset if disagreed Go back to med school she couldn't even calculate ml to mg for a oral solution prescription for dosage.

She gives me the best options for my health. Just not some pill but other holistic options since I’m a nursing mother. She has been nothing but the best to me during each visit. I’m grateful I found her.

Yes, the wait time is long but I know it will be and always take something to be occupied. I understand most people cannot do this. Dr. Lee has been my doctor for nine years. She always listens carefully, never rushes and is concerned to find out what is the best for me. I highly recommend her.

The wait time is horrible here even if you are the first appointment. The doctor is never on time. The staff is rude. The place is dirty especially the facilities. They confuse you with another patient, give you wrong information and the doctor is not reachable for comment. I am dissatisfied overall. I gave it some time before I made my decision to move onto another doctor. Glad I am moving on. Both the doctor and the PA rush you out. Even if you are not finished talking.

Dr Lee is a very forgetful & unaccountable person. She always has someone to blame on which is her care-free, incompetent staff. As I waited in another area I overheard two staff members talk and laugh about how a medical asst gave an infant an adult vaccine. Makes me think twice about trusting this office with my healthcare. During my visit, I noticed dried blood on the table that the staff continued to overlook by replacing the paper. I also recvd a bill for a out of network lab for $3K

I have been waiting to see Dr. Lee for 1 hour. I was skipped twice for walk-in patients. What is the purpose of seeing a quality Dr. if one does not feel important enough to even be seen. I hope to be able to leave a more positive review if I ever come back.

Waiting time is outrageous..appointment time 8:15..45 minutes later still waiting...The appointment before close to 2 hours and 45 minute wait with an appointment. .seems the practice can't handle their patient load

I have been visiting this office for many years now. I have seen the doctor here a couple times, but you are not missing anything, since she is not much to brag about. The only reason I stuck around was that she use to have an awesome PA but she is no longer with them which is a smart move on her part. The office is disorganized and you will never get phone or portal messages replied to by their staff. Be sure to take the morning or afternoon off for your PA not doctor appointments. RUN FAST

Dr Lee is amazing! She's smart and patient but a little curt when speaking. I've never had an issue with her, but look at all the bad reviews about wait time. They are correct!! Waiting is terrible, also, you cant call in appointments. You have to put them in through the online system. I'm changing Dr's because I've left an appointment message with NO response for the second year in a row. Last year i called and left a message but this year no one has returned my call. What a shame!

I like Dr. Lee, but no one is worth the hour + wait that happens EVERY visit. I'm done. My time IS valuable too.

After three visits to this doctor's office, I finally went back to my old doctor even though it's not convenient. You will wait hours here. The three times I visited this doctor's office, the least amount of time I spent waiting (in both the lobby and exam room) was an hour. When I questioned why the wait was so long for this office, Dr. Lee told me that it's because of ACA, and they are required to file additional paperwork. I was also told that I can expect the wait to get longer!

Horrible wait time! You get there 20 minutes early and they bring you back 15 minutes after the start of your appointment to take your vital signs and then wait hours..... Yes hours to get seen! They schedule follow up appointments without informing you and then bill you missed appointment fees when you don't show up.....because you didn't know!!
