Great visit! Dr. Fitzgerald is quick, thorough and made me comfortable during my appointment.

Never have I met a more rude, unprofessional doctor than Regina Fitzgerald. She showed no care, no advice, and acted like she had no time to hear me speak. I had to ask my questions during an internal exam because she had no time. Her professional advice to me was "I don't know" or "just deal with it"! I found her to be very rude and sarcastic only repeating I need to get healthy. She made it very clear she had no time for me and had to get to her next patient as not to upset that patient too. I was kept waiting for 60 minutes in exam room and heard the nurse tell her that they always "over-book". Dr Fitzgerald abruptly ended my time and told me to stop asking "why" because she couldn't help me and had no time. I will not return to this office. I carefully chose this doctor for several reasons and all proved farthest from the truth. Hopefully someone will see how this woman and supposedly a doctor treats her patients. This office should get rid of her! Hopefully this review is public.

What a pleasure. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. I am so very. Impressed with Dr. Fitzgerald. All my questions were answered, the exam was thorough and not at all embarrassing. Everyone involved made me feel at ease and that I was their top priority. My visits was right on time and I was ever left in the examination room for any length of time.

I have been with Woman’s Health for years but today was my first visit with Dr Fitzgerald. I was instantly at ease with her! She was so easy to talk to and answered all my questions and concerns!! Very happy to have her as my new Dr! Would definitely recommend!

No would not recommend her, seems covid restrictions have changed her , that she is only allowed to see patients for 15 minutes stresses her and the way she treated me, I m still upset, we got thru appointment but was completely unnecessary if nothing else she could have just humored me and looked at test results I brought in.

Dr Fitzgerald is a wonderful caring human being. She is caring and makes uncomfortable subjects easy to discuss. She is very knowledgeable about a woman’s needs and concerns.

I made an appointment and had to have an ultrasound which I was not informed about prior to my appointment. During my visit the physician was explaining the results of my ultrasound which was difficult to digest and I was very upset. My family member who accompanied me to my appointment asked the physician a question. The physician did not like the question and got irrate. The physician was screaming at my family member and was standing over her wherr she was seated in the room. The doctor then yelled," I don't feel comfortable taking care of her I'm done."The physician then with no further explanation slammed the door and I was left with no plan of care or even offered an explanation or apology just left in tears.

Dr. Fitzgerald is the best. She listens. She cares. She takes all the time I need to answer my questions.

Dr. Fitzgerald is a caring doctor who actually listens to your concerns. A rare find nowadays. I was sadden to hear she left the Westchester Office and have been displeased with the replacement they provided. I am seriously considering following her to her new practice in CT even though it will be a 60 minute drive. It's difficult to find a caring, knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to explain things, listens to your concerns and does not rush you out of the office without answering your questions. She is a gem!
