Dr. Reena Bose, MD

My daughter's annual check up w/ Dr. Bose for 30 mins was billed as $793 for professional + $690 clinic visit. Dr. Bose asked my daughter about her health & any changes to her med list. She noted her irregular menses & the pill. Past notes in the chart show discussions over the past 3 years (1/201/, 3/2019, 1/2020) w/ Dr. Bose. The note in the chart about the menses allowed Dr. Bose to charge an additional charge to the well check appt as est patient. I tried speaking office, called multiple times Dr. Bose & office mgr, billing review my acct, asked for a code review. Four reps to figure out what went wrong. All Cleve. Clinic reps, I spoke to agreed it was billed incorrectly but in the end it was ultimately Dr. Bose's call. You can't speak to Dr. Bose about your overall health or past discussions at your well check up unless you want to help boost her productions. Before you answer her questions, you must ask is this going to be included?? Ridiculous!! I do NOT recommend Dr. Bose.

Excellent care from Dr Bose. She is thorough, listens carefully and actually cares about her patients. She takes time with you and truly shows an interest in your health. I highly recommend Dr Bose if you’re looking for a Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Bose is the type of doctor who knows what is best for you. She will disregard your past medical history unless it fits with her agenda. If you're looking for pointless appointments (they love to charge insurance companies) and the run around. Dr. Bose is for you! I called for an xray on my ankle, they sent me to a facility without an xray machine. Then wanted me to make another appointment on the other side of town for the xray. So why am I here then? Oh yeah they needed my weight and height
