Doctor cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before it was supposed to start. As I’m sitting in the parking lot, I get the call. I had a baby sitter for my kids and drove 45 minutes. Very unprofessional. I will ask my dermatologist to refer me to someone else.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about D. Bhatt and her staff. The staff was friendly and accomodating to me. Dr Bhatt was a true Pro. She diagnosed what was wrong and spelled it out to me in terms even I could understand. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Dr. Bhatt to anyone I know. Her follow up was wonderful. She took the time to make sure I was OK. 5 STARS to Dr.Bhatt and her staff!

After waiting 1:15; I left without ever seeing the doctor. I felt the rudeness of the front office staff when I asked why 5 other patients, all of whom came into the office after me, were engaged by the doctor in front of me.
