Unfortunate replacement
I loved my previous PCP at this clinic. Unfortunately, when he moved to something else Dr. Thomas became my new doctor. He doesn't seem to look.at any basic information before coming into the exam room and consistently asks questions that he should maybe check the chart about so as not to seem insensitive or like we have never met. Ultimately if anything is actually wrong, he will just refer you out to someone else. Especially if it is a topic that makes him uncomfortable. I never receive a call regarding my blood work results after annual visits. Several times I have been told they would check in after a couple of weeks, but that has never happened. I only go to him for my wellness exam to get a regular Px filled once a year. For anything else I go to urgent care. The clinic also won't let you switch physicians within the practice. I wish changing PCPs wasn't such a hassle, because I desperately wish I had one I felt comfortable going to for regular issues.
