Horrible ENT, doesn't listen or care about patient
This doctor is so rude and unprofessional that I can't believe anyone sees her. I had chronic ear problems with fluid in my ear, she tried to tell me it was TMJ and that I needed PT. She told me to come back when my ear was full of fluid, but then they could never get me on on quick notice. She finally reluctantly, put a tube in my ear, (after 3 visits) and now my ear is fine. However, she was so mad that I didn't agree with her diagnosis of TMJ, that she literally made the insertion of the tube as painful as she possibly could. She didn't use a local anesthesia, and she jammed a device into my ear that hurt worse than childbirth. I am still traumatized by her rudeness and lack of empathy.

The receptionist at this office is awful. After she YELLED at me for asking a question (apparently it was stupid to her) she put me on hold. The message on hold said something about Cox team members being patient and having integrity. Well not this team member. I’ve never been so offended in my life. Absurd

I had an appointment with Wiley today, because the doctor I was referred to is booked out for months, as soon as Wiley came in she told me that I passed the auditory exam so nothing is wrong, with me without even looking at my ears. I explained my symptoms to Wiley, and the fact that I have had ear infections on going for the past six months and it has been verified by FOUR other doctors that I need to see a specialist, and without even looking at my ears again she said that all the doctors were wrong and I'm fine. I once again tried to be nice and explain to her what was happening and she finally looked at my ears long enough to tell me that all four doctors were lying and that I was faking it and it looks like I took a wire brush to my ears. She then sent me to Grove pharmacy for ear drops that DON'T EXIST!! I had to go back to the hospital, to get a script for DIFFERENT EAR DROPS because, she never even wrote one, and lied to me to get me to leave! Worst "Dr." I have EVER seen.
